1-800-CashOffer Opens Waltham Office

1-800-CashOffer, a national home buying service, has opened a New England office in Waltham, Mass., the company said Wednesday.

Each office of the Texas-based firm is independently owned and operated by real estate professionals. In Waltham, real estate investor Mardy Kozelian will head the New England operation.

“There are many so-called investors in the market that have simply attended a seminar and put ‘We Buy Houses’ signs on street corners. They have tarnished the name of legitimate real estate investors,” said company CEO Jeremy Brandt, in a statement. “1-800-CashOffer homebuyers are professionals that have a proven track record of purchasing homes in their local markets.”

The firm works with homeowners who need to sell their home quickly by making cash offers without requiring repairs to the property.

“I give homeowners information to help them make the best decision – given their situation – to get the best possible deal for their house,” said Kozelian, a licensed real estate agent who previously worked with HomeVestors. “I have the experience and the resources to help homeowners sell their home, particularly when their need is urgent.”
