National real estate investment brand 1-800-CashOffer is now offering its services on Long Island and throughout the New York Metro area, the company announced yesterday.

1-800-CashOffer, according to a release from the company, is a network of “Certified Professional Homebuyers that offer home sellers an option to sell their home quickly, for cash.” Massapequa Park investor Rich Witt has started a local franchise, the company said.

The release says CashOffer gives homeowners the confidence that they are contacting “ethical real estate investors rather than amateurs or scam artists.” Such amateurs “have tarnished the name of legitimate real estate investors,” CashOffer CEO Jeremy Brandt said in the statement, adding that his network of investors “are professionals with a proven track record of purchasing homes in their local markets.”

“The homeowner is the true winner here,” he said. “They get a cash offer within 24 hours … with no inspections, repairs … or other fees.”
